Tuition

Heartwood Montessori School follows the traditional school year calendar.

Applications for Enrollment can be faxed to 919-461-8386 or mailed to the school, 112 Byrum Street, Cary, NC 27511. You are also more than welcome to drop by and pick an application up or drop one off at the office.

Returning families will have their re-enrollment fee and existing tuition deposit ($650) applied to their 2020-2021 program tuition. A 5% sibling discount is available for concurrently-enrolled siblings during the 2020-2021 academic year.

Please Note, in order to maintain services over the entire year, it is essential that the annual tuition fees be assured.  For this reason, it is understood that no reduction or remission of fees can be allowed for absence or withdrawal unless the vacancy can be filled immediately.  Early withdrawals will also forfeit any fees already paid.  After March 1st, no reduction or remission of fees is allowed.  HMS requires 30 days written notice for early withdrawals.

  • Payment options include 12-month plans, four payments, two payments, or payment in full.
  • Amounts are pro-rated for students attending less than 5 days/week (Example: 2 days is 2/5 of the 5-day tuition).

We have made the incredibly difficult decision to furlough our school program for the 2020-21 school year. The best interest of the health and safety of our community, the financial stability of our families, and the Montessori educational experience for our students are our deciding factors.
